Amending Street Names & Numbers

GIS/Addressing is a part of the Warren County Emergency Communications Center responsibilities.  Per  State Statute , Warren County Emergency Communications Center is authorized to establish and amend street names and numbers within unincorporated Warren County.  The GIS/Addressing department is also authorized to work with the municipalities within Warren County to establish and amend street names and numbers within a specific municipality. Address amendments may be performed on occasion if the address has been duplicated, or is of such a nature as to potentially impact the effectiveness of emergency response.

Building in Unincorporated Warren County

If you are constructing a building within unincorporated Warren County; please consult the GIS/Addressing Department to ensure a proper address has been assigned. If an address has not been assigned, you will be directed to complete the address request form.

Mortgage Company Address Verification Form

If your mortgage company is requesting a form verifying your address information, please fill out the Mortgage Request Form. Once it has been completed, the GIS/Addressing department will notify you it is ready for mailing, faxing or pickup.

The GIS/Addressing Department has 10 working days to complete your requests.
