The Warren County Emergency Communications Center (WCECC) is the primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for anyone residing in, travelling through, or visiting Warren County Missouri. Since its establishment in 1996, WCECC has dedicated itself to providing the highest quality communications support to the citizens of our county and the members of the public service agencies we serve.
